Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a store associate to prepare online customer orders with speed and accuracy while delivering excellent service. You will identify substitutions, promote advertised specials, and ensure correct checkout totals.

Keep product knowledge up-to-date and follow food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness of orders. You will bag orders, assist customers with substitutions, and maintain a friendly, service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced retail setting,

Qualifications

• Six months or more related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum age 16 years; 21 in Louisiana where applicable.
• Must be able to learn and use new technology/ systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online orders by selecting products quickly and accurately.
• Identify item outs and suggest substitutions while promoting ads or specials.
• Ensure accurate checkout totals by weighing, scanning, and bagging items.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper storage temperatures to ensure freshness.
