Job summary

Kroger Memphis is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality while maintaining accurate substitutions and timing. You will interact with customers at pickup and process payments, refunds, and coupons as needed.

You will bag orders, load them into customers' cars, and communicate substitutions or issues to the customer and e-Commerce supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently with attention to freshness.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver/load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the notes section and ensure order accuracy.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and maintain organized staging areas.
