Job summary

Kroger is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in Riverton, Wyoming. You will select and gather products for customers' online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality, and assist with pickup, payment processing, and loading orders into customers' cars.

As part of the e-Commerce team, you will communicate substitutions when needed, maintain cleanliness of staging areas, and provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags and understand pricing
• Basic math skills for counting, addition, and subtraction
• Excellent oral and written communication for customer interactions
• Ability to work without supervision and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with a focus on freshness and quality.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders for pickup.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Follow bagging standards, scan and bag orders, and ensure order accuracy.
