Job summary

Kroger is seeking an In-Store Grocery Shopper/Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and assemble customers' on-line orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will process coupons, handle payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, while maintaining a positive customer service experience.

The role requires reading shelf tags, basic math, and excellent communication skills, with adherence to safety and store guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Position Qualifications: Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards and report substitutions or issues to the e-Commerce team.
