Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for customers' online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Role focuses on delivering great customer service, adhering to food-safety standards, and maintaining organized staging areas while supporting the e-Commerce team in substitutions and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons/payments, and load orders for customer pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow laws and company food-safety guidelines.
