Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and assist customers by loading orders into their cars at pickup.

In this role you will ensure order accuracy, communicate substitutions when necessary, and provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return to on-line shopping.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags accurately.
• Basic math skills such as counting, addition and subtraction.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders with focus on freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag items while following bagging standards and communicate substitutions when needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and comply with policies and procedures.
