Job summary

Kroger in Marshall, TX is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk. You will select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality, process coupons and payments, and load orders for customer pickup.

You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience and uphold Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You’ll work in a fast-paced in-store setting, read shelf tags, perform basic math, and communicate with customers professionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Able to read shelf tags and identify prices.
• Strong basic math skills for quick calculations.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders for customer pickup.
• Scan and bag items while following bagging standards and quality guidelines.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup and maintain order accuracy.
