Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
4. Scan and bag items following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Receive and store orders in appropriate temperature zones.
9. Follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:
