Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers.
4. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
5. Adhere to all food safety laws, procedures, and company guidelines.
6. Receive and store customer orders appropriately, ensuring quality and freshness.
7. Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone, responding timely to calls.
8. Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and process transactions through POS system.
9. Follow policies for substitutions, maintain organization and cleanliness, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
10. Assist in training new team members and uphold productivity standards.
11. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly and ethically.
12. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
