Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders at store pickup.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Meet/exceed expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Store products at proper temperatures, ensure quality, and respond professionally to customer calls.
• Verify order accuracy, load into customers' cars, and process transactions via POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock items with appropriate substitutions, maintain cleanliness, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts respectfully, and act with integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
