Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers them to customers' cars. They scan and bag items while adhering to bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. The team maintains cleanliness, follows safety procedures, manages conflicts professionally, and supports training new members. They are expected to meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, acting with honesty and integrity at all times.
