Job Description for In-Store Grocery Shopper and Online Grocery Pick-Up Team Member

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Assemble, scan, and bag orders following standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure orders are stored in appropriate temperature zones and meet quality standards.
• Retrieve orders, load them into customers' cars, and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions through the POS system and follow policies for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
