Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper / Online Grocery Pick-Up Team Member

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. • Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars during pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders adhering to standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and order accuracy.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
