Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. • Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues with customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness; load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow all safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
