Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars, following all standards and safety procedures. Communicates substitutions or issues with orders, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities include storing products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness, and maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas. The role requires following policies, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members. Must work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.

This position involves supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations is required.
