Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing products at optimal temperatures.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
