Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow bagging standards and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Interact professionally with customers via phone and in-person.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
