Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas, following safety and food handling procedures, and adhering to policies are essential. You will also support new team members, meet productivity standards, and handle high-paced, sometimes stressful environments while providing excellent customer service.
