Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Minimum requirements include:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for selecting and gathering products efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include initiating and completing order selection, processing payments, delivering orders to customers' cars, scanning and bagging items, communicating substitutions or issues, maintaining order accuracy, and adhering to safety and company policies. The role also involves organizing staging areas, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, performing opening and closing procedures, and supporting team training and productivity standards.
