Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or stocking roles, or as a cashier

4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.
6. Meet customer expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
8. Handle orders from the staging area, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
9. Follow instructions and notes for order specifics.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas.
11. Report discrepancies or equipment issues.
12. Assist in training new team members.
13. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively under pressure.
14. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
15. Support customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.

Salary Range: $15.25 - $16.35.
