Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Essential Job Functions

1. Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality, variety, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Manage order staging, accuracy, and proper storage.
9. Respond professionally to customer communications.
10. Maintain organization and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
11. Perform opening and closing procedures, and assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity and quality standards.
13. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly and professionally.
14. Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business information.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Salary Range: $15.25 - $16.35 per hour.
