Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via portable phone.
• Load orders into customers' cars accurately.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and handle conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
