Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping, demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following all standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to all food safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
9. Follow directions and notes for order specifics.
10. Ensure all items are fresh and of high quality.
11. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phones.
12. Retrieve and load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.
13. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
14. Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.
15. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
16. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
17. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
18. Assist in training new team members.
19. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
