Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to all food safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
9. Follow directions and note instructions carefully.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking, or cashier role.
