Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.

You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing an easy, fresh, and clean shopping experience, adhering to all safety and legal guidelines, and maintaining organized staging areas. Responsibilities include retrieving and verifying orders, ensuring quality, and loading orders into customers' vehicles. You will process transactions, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and assist in training new team members.

Must work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and the elderly. The ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations is required.
