Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The associate scans, bags, and ensures order accuracy, following all standards and safety procedures. They communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup, maintain cleanliness, and report discrepancies or equipment needs. They also perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and strive to meet productivity standards. The role requires the ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
