Qualifications

• Six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 16 years old; 21+ in Louisiana where applicable.
• Ability to learn product codes and pricing quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online orders by selecting items accurately for pickup.
• Identify out-of-stocks and suggest suitable substitutions.
• Ensure correct checkout totals through weighing and scanning items.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper storage temperatures.
• Bag, load, and assist customers with their online orders.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service and substitution options.
