Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a teammate to assemble online customer orders with speed and accuracy, assisting customers and staying current on product selections and standards.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum age of 16 required; 21 years in Louisiana.
• Certification requirements: TABC/LACT/AATC where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online orders by accurately selecting products and organizing for pickup.
• Identify out-of-stocks, suggest substitutions, and promote ads.
• Ensure accurate checkout totals by weighing, scanning, and ringing up items.
• Maintain knowledge of products and food safety standards for quality and freshness.
• Uphold safety and sanitation; keep workspace clean and organized.
• Assist customers with questions and substitutions; respond to issues.
