Job summary

Kroger is seeking an e-Commerce team member for on-line order picking at the Vandalia, OH location. You will assemble orders with attention to freshness, process payments, and load orders into customers’ cars at pickup.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Experience in a production/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector and store items in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for on-line orders.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions when needed.
• Load orders into customers’ cars and ensure order accuracy for pickup.
• Maintain organization of staging areas and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
