Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Online Fulfillment Coordinator for our Cambridge, MN store. You will serve as the in-store expert for online fulfillment, processing BOPIS orders and training team members on fulfillment accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexible scheduling including holidays. Forklift certification and proficiency with Microsoft Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and fulfill BOPIS within a four-hour window.
• Train store team members on online fulfillment procedures and accuracy.
• Ensure PPS orders are picked, packed, and shipped within two days unless next-day delivery is specified.
