Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC seeks an Online Fulfillment Coordinator to be the in-store expert for online order fulfillment. The role includes processing BOPIS orders, auditing payments, and training staff for accuracy.

Responsibilities cover ensuring timely fulfillment, correct packing, and coordination with leadership for process improvements. Applicants should have a high school diploma and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process online order fulfillment for Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) within four hours.
• Audit payments for BOPIS orders and train staff accordingly.
• Fulfill and ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days unless marked for next day delivery.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and Corporate Partners on online fulfillment processes and reporting.
• Maintain organized filing and paperwork related to online fulfillment.
• Ensure items are picked and binned per company guidelines and properly packed for shipment.
• Coordinate daily online fulfillment needs within the store and assist with holiday layaway fulfillment.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
