Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Online Fulfillment Team Member to deliver a positive customer experience through timely online order fulfillment. You will locate merchandise in backroom and sales floor to complete online orders and ensure quality service for customers.

Responsibilities include meeting tight timeframes for BOPIS and PPS orders, packing shipments, stocking layaway items during holidays, and promoting loyalty programs. A forklift certification and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours.
• Ship PPS orders within two days unless next-day delivery is specified.
• Prepare and pack customer orders using correct materials.
• Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during holidays.
• Provide outstanding service maintaining attention to detail and timely completion of work.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and credit card benefits.
