Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Online Fulfillment Team Member to ensure fast, accurate processing of online orders both in back room and on the sales floor. You will locate merchandise and prepare orders with attention to detail while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Forklift certification is required or will be obtained as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds regularly.
• Warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours.
• Ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days.
• Properly prepare and pack customer orders for shipment with correct materials.
• Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during holidays.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.
