Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking a Testing Room Proctor in Rogers, AR. You will maintain computer testing rooms, monitor systems, and proctor online nursing program exams with strict adherence to rules and integrity.

Responsibilities include scheduling exams, assisting students, and providing technical and administrative support. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred. Prior LMS/LCMS experience is a plus, and on-site work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer testing room(s) and prepare room before exams.
• Monitor computers, troubleshoot common problems, restore room after exams.
• Manage test scheduling and related procedures for the online nursing program.
• Proctor computer-based exams and validate IDs as needed.
• Help students log in and troubleshoot testing issues.
• Enforce exam rules and handle integrity breaches per protocol.
• Provide technical assistance and keep knowledge of current tech updated.
