Job summary

Recharged is seeking an energetic Online EV Sales Associate to be the first voice customers hear, guiding them through the EV buying and selling journey via inbound and outbound calls and chat. This is an entry level position with room for growth; not remote.

You will build genuine relationships, adapt to a fast-paced EV environment, verify documentation, and deliver professional interactions on every call. A valid driver's license is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, retail, or call center role preferred.
• Interest in or willingness to learn about electric vehicles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient phone presence.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier. Willingness to submit a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for review is required.

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and empathetic Online EV Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first voice customers hear as they navigate the Recharged EV buying and selling journey — building genuine relationships over inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and guiding them toward the right next step in their transaction. This is an entry level position with lots of room for growth. * Please note- this is not a remote position. \"Online\" refers to our customers who are buying online. We refer to this role as an Online Experience Guide throughout the company.
