Job summary

Cosmo is seeking tutors for ESL students based in Asia. As a tutor for Cosmo 1:1, you will provide personalized 1-on-1 lessons and maintain a flexible schedule. You will meet students weekly and prepare tailored lesson materials.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 3 years of K-12 teaching experience. This independent contractor role offers a base pay of $20 USD plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
