Cosmo is seeking experienced educators to tutor ESL students based in Asia through personalized 1-on-1 lessons. The schedule allows for flexibility, with classes typically held between 5-9 AM EST Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree, minimum 3 years of teaching experience, and a passion for helping students learn. This independent contractor role offers a base rate of $20 USD per hour, plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Attend all classes on time.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
