ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking teachers for an online Florida K–12 program. The role involves serving as the teacher of record across core subjects, delivering live lessons, and monitoring progress while collaborating with administrators to support student achievement and social-emotional growth.

Applicants should hold a current Florida teaching license, be comfortable with a growth-focused coaching model, and be prepared for periodic in-person testing and events.

Qualificações

• Current State teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Preferred two years’ experience teaching.
• High level of comfort in growth-focused coaching with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the teacher of record and primary instructor in core content areas.
• Work to meet goals related to student achievement and culture as well as state accountability goals.
• Deliver live lessons via web conference based on student needs and instructional practices.
• Complete course setup for each course in the LMS.
• Monitor student progress in asynchronous courses and provide feedback daily.
• Communicate with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with Principal to create Progress Reports of Students.
• Travel to support required face-to-face state testing annually.
