ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking an online K-12 teacher for Florida residents to deliver live instruction, manage coursework, and support student growth across core subjects.

You will set up courses in the LMS, monitor progress, and provide daily feedback while communicating with families. A Florida teaching license and knowledge of state standards are required; two years of teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Preferred two years’ experience teaching.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in diverse cultural settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as teacher of record and primary instructor in core content areas.
• Meet goals for student achievement, culture, and accountability.
• Deliver engaging live lessons via web conference.
• Set up courses in the Learning Management System.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback daily.
• Maintain regular contact with each student.
• Collaborate with Principal on progress reports.
• Review data to inform instructional adjustments.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students' needs.
• Incorporate 21st-century tech in daily practice.
• Coordinate events and field trips; attend in person.
• Travel to support state testing annually.
