ACCEL Schools LLC invites applications for a full-time online K–12 teaching role with The Virtual Preparatory Academy of Florida. The position serves Florida residents and requires periodic travel for state testing and student events.

Teachers deliver live sessions, monitor progress, and support student achievement in a nurturing virtual environment. Candidates should have a valid Florida teaching license, knowledge of state and Common Core standards, and experience in a growth-focused coaching

Qualifications

• Current State teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Preferred two years’ teaching experience.
• Comfort with growth-focused coaching through observations and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the teacher of record and primary instructor in core content areas.
• Deliver live lessons via web conference using research-based practices.
• Monitor student progress and provide daily feedback on assignments.
• Collaborate with Principal to create and deliver progress reports.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Communicate regularly with families about academic and social-emotional growth.
