Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a PSOE Classroom Teacher to deliver direct instruction, plan rigorous lessons, and disaggregate data to guide instruction. You will work under the team lead/elite teacher to implement state-aligned curricula and ensure compliance with IEPs and 504 plans.

You will collaborate with family and staff, maintain accurate student records, and contribute to a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Indiana teaching license (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in education.
• Full-time teaching experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction in whole-class, small group, and individual settings.
• Disaggregate data and use PSOE frameworks to deliver standards-driven instruction.
• Complete assessments, grading, planning, and conferences within timelines.
• Coordinate with support staff to address needs of students with exceptionalities.
• Ensure proper implementation of IEPs, 504 plans, and related processes.
• Maintain regular family communication and community partnerships.
