Job summary

Learning Network is seeking an educator to support students online across the United States. You will guide learners through a structured curriculum, provide timely feedback, and maintain strong, proactive communication with families.

The role emphasizes a white-glove service approach and requires full-time commitment and reliable remote work setup. You will monitor progress, collaborate with staff, and travel for proctoring when needed.

• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, LMS, and Asana; quick tech adaptation.
• Willingness and ability to travel to testing locations for proctoring.

Responsibilities

• Build daily connections to keep students motivated and engaged.
• Guide learners through the curriculum with clarity and passion.
• Monitor engagement and progress; launch timely interventions.
• Deliver prompt grading and meaningful feedback to support growth.
• Keep precise records of progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to boost student success.
• Participate in professional development and trainings.
• Teach within the assigned curriculum and pacing with provided content.
• Lead live sessions using only provided content.
• Proctor testing windows, including occasional travel.
