Responsibilities

• Provide curbside pickup service at the Meijer Pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone, responding to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow via a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
