Job summary

Community Bible Church (CBC) is seeking a Communications Coordinator who combines a heart for people with strong writing, good judgment, and attention to detail. You will manage the online community and support daily communications and administrative tasks to help people connect with CBC.

Responsibilities include engaging with comments, prayers, and questions, aiding the communications team, and maintaining Rock RMS and Subsplash data. Weekend remote hours are scheduled around CBC service times.

Qualifications

• Active CBC membership and Equip completed are required.
• Experience managing online communities or nonprofit communications helpful.
• Comfort with social media comments, inquiries, and livestream engagement.
• Willingness to learn Rock RMS, Mailchimp, and Subsplash.

Responsibilities

• Care for our online community with warmth, wisdom, and care.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
• Connect people with pastoral care, Cares Center, prayer teams, or campus staff.
• Prepare weekly eNewsletter and maintain events in systems.
• Support Communications and Marketing priorities and deadlines.
