Job summary

Hope Community Church is seeking a communications and design coordinator to develop clear, inviting messaging and keep channels well organized. You will design materials for digital and print spaces, manage the weekly newsletter, weekly bulletin, slides for services, and social media content.

The role requires 2–3 years of design and communication experience, with proficiency in Canva, MailChimp, ProPresenter, Planning Center, and Google Drive.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in design and communication and/or member management required.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, database software, graphic design software (Canva, ProPresenter), MailChimp, and Planning Center.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate communications for digital and print materials.
• Create weekly church newsletter graphics and layout in Mail Chimp.
• Produce slides for Sunday services using ProPresenter and Canva.
• Oversee announcements and staff communication best practices.
• Design graphics for printed and digital mediums in Canva.
