Long Beach BMW, part of the Sonic Automotive family, seeks a Sales Agent to respond to internet inquiries and generate sales opportunities. You will manage data in the CRM, conduct phone surveys, and use lead management tools to track interest and close deals.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver license.
• Ability to provide high level of customer satisfaction with ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate sales appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and be honest in all customer dealings.
