Job summary

BMW of Beverly Hills, a Sonic Automotive dealership, is seeking an eSales Agent to engage with customers seeking to purchase new or pre-owned vehicles. The role focuses on generating sales appointments and guiding customers from inquiry to visit, delivering a premium customer experience via internet, phone, and chat.

You will learn all products, current inventory, financing and incentives, and use CRM tools to manage guest engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales focus experience.
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in verbal phone skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be adaptable to change.
• Proficient using a computer.
• Evening and weekend schedule availability required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats.
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs.
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information.
• Provide payment options and quotes.
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments.
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests.
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs.
