Job summary

AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage customers online, by phone, and in person. In a no-haggle environment, you’ll guide buyers through the vehicle selection, explain options, and help close deals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads quickly via phone, online and in person.
• Guide customers from initial contact to in-store visit while delivering excellent service.
• Help customers select vehicles and negotiate terms to fit budgets and lifestyles.
• Close the deal and transition customers to the Service department when needed.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
