Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
• Ability to work well with others and adapt to change.
• Comfort with learning financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and understand their situations.
• Educate members on Blaze offerings.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy.
• Stay informed on financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to succeed.
• Provide members with excellent face-to-face service daily.
