Job summary

Family Car Group is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to drive online sales in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will respond to website leads, present inventory, and guide customers through the buying process with CRM tools and pricing expertise.

You will develop prospecting files, manage credit applications, and stay current on market trends to maximize CSI, gross per unit, and monthly sales targets. A team-oriented, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Internet-based sales and CRM systems.
• Ability to respond to leads quickly and maintain CSI targets.
• Familiar with automotive inventory pricing and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website).
• Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt.
• Quote pricing, rates and inventory availability.
• Meet and greet prospects (by appointment).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Receive credit applications (manually and online).
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications.
• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Take digital photos for posting on website.
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
